Refund Policy
Products Policy:
Customers have 45 days from the date of invoice to decide if the items they have purchased meet their needs. To return an item for a full refund (purchase price only, shipping is not included).

New Generations International does not pay return shipping. Products should be returned undamaged and shipped via traceable means. Please include a copy of the packing list indicating quantity, item and invoice number.
Your return will be processed within 6 - 8 weeks. If you paid by Credit Card, you should expect to see a refund posted to your statement within 10-14 days of returning your package.
Services Policy
The Advanced Couching Course:
A student may cancel enrollment by giving written notice to The Advanced Coaching Course. If notice occurs:
(a) Within five business days of the date of enrollment and prior to the commencement of classes, all monies paid shall be refunded; or
(b) After five business days of the date of enrollment and prior to the commencement of classes, The Advanced Coaching Course will retain a $500 administrative fee, and will fully refund the student remaining monies paid.
(c) Student may apply all tuition fees towards a different class start date/location if determined prior to start of course.
If the student or The Advanced Coaching Course terminates training after beginning of classes, unless The Advanced Coaching Course has discontinued the program of instruction, the following applies:
The student shall be obligated for the tuition charged for the entire instructional program and shall not be entitled to any refund of monies paid. In cases of extreme medical hardship, student may, at the discretion of Course Instructor, transfer to a later course offering.
All Other Services:
A client may cancel coaching by giving written notice. If notice occurs:
(a) Within five business days of the date of enrollment and prior to the commencement of coaching, all monies paid shall be refunded; or
(b) After five business days of the date of enrollment and prior to the commencement of coaching, Family Coach Training will retain 1/3 of coaching program cost as an administrative fee, and will fully refund the clients remaining monies paid.
(c) Client may apply all program fees towards a different program if determined prior to start of the coaching.
If the client or Family Coach Training terminates coaching after beginning of the program, unless Family Coach Training has discontinued the coaching program, the following applies:
The client shall be obligated for the fee charged for the entire coaching program and shall not be entitled to any refund of monies paid. In cases of extreme medical hardship, the client may, at the discretion of Family Coach Training, transfer to an alternate coaching program.
Your refund will be processed within 6 - 8 weeks. If you paid by Credit Card, you should expect to see a refund posted to your statement within 10-14 days of cancellation.
